Before the establishment of EGD Outdoor Aluminium Building Materials Factory (EGD), our company was a workshop with almost 30 years of experience in producing various aluminium materials for construction and industrial use, with a primary focus on aluminium shading products. Compared to other materials, aluminum alloy has excellent properties such as corrosion resistance, dirt resistance, environmental friendliness, and good tensile performance. In recent years, we have continued to explore and innovate the processing methods for shading products, independently developed patented products, and actively introduced automated equipment, emphasizing the importance of craftsmanship and materials. Our team consists of professionals in production, product R&D, and quality management. Our products include louvered pergolas, outdoor shading, and building facade shading. Currently, our products go through a series of precision testing processes and equipment, including aluminium bar melting, mould development, profile compression, uniform sandblasting, anodization, single/double salt colouring, electrophoresis coating, multi-talent powder coating, and fluorocarbon spray coating, all completed by experienced technical workers in our workshop. In 2015, our company introduced magnetic levitation tracks and electronic functions to outdoor aluminium profiles, launching the series of E-GARDEN electronic garden products. This product line includes the flip-stackable pavilion, open-roof pergola, solar-powered carport, aluminium outdoor cabinet, 3D flower rack and other products. We have registered the new E-GD trademark brand and applied for domestic and foreign patents, committing to providing our customers with high-quality outdoor living spaces with shading. Our factory has a long-standing reputation for producing exceptional shading products that are both beautiful and functional.
