This video shows how PUR hot melt adhesive is applied through the complete automatic edge-banding process.
Using Renz® Mel-P300S as an example:
120–150°C operating temperature
18–30 m/min feed speed
100–130 g/m² reference coating weight
3–4 kg roller pressure

Actual settings depend on the panel, edge material, equipment and production conditions.
