This job was an half finished basement with no bathroom or bedrooms. This project entailed
-Creating an additional line to the sewer drain thru the concrete.
- New two piece bathroom
- New bedroom
- Moving the electrical Panel
- Bulk heads and pod light in new rec- room
-All framing
-all drywall & taping
-Painting
-Replacing All water lines to pex
- Flooring
-Carpeting
- Window Replacement, removing old window, enlarging the space thru concrete, installing new window to code.
