A little unconventional install, this customer wanted to remove a bidet and install a soaker tub with as little modification to the tile as possible, the basement was completely finished with all dry wall ceilings so I said no problem. We set the tub in concrete, ledger board screwed and PL’d to the wall, yes the tile fl**ge is exposed they were ok with that to limit damage, we had to install the tub filler from the back bedroom wall where we installed a 14x14 access door, carefully modified the drain from the top, drilled tile and installed backing to support the valve, water was modified from the bidet feeds to accommodate and we topped it off with a new matching faucet for their vanity. Not all companies are created equal, these situations are where we thrive, clean, professional fixtures and install always done with long term durability and reliability in mind. Oakbank is a prime area these are a necessary protection device, given the clay base, high water table and slow percolation during storms the sumps are very active and lots of times you won’t have a lot of grace period before your in a flood situation. After several sewer back ups this new Oakbank customer decided a back water valve was a must have install. This particular situation a 4” mainline full port backwater valve was the best option, this was a messy job but we ensure the full job is taken care of from start to finish from dust free professional concrete cutting and removal, valve install, backfill, V***r barrier, material removal, full clean up and concrete place and finish, we take stressful situations and jobs and make them seamless.

No hot water service call, shorted element was the culprit, drained, and flushed tank, replaced both elements, followed by a new sump discharge, this was a new 25’ run out the opposite side of their house as the previous owner had the sump discharging permanently into the sewer.
