Multi Drywall & Partition LLC isn’t a contractor being introduced to systems for the first time. They walked in already running WorkMax, Foundation, SupplyPro, HubSpot, and PandaDocs, and they build for Pulte, Toll Brothers, Century, and Allen Edwin, national home builders running locked-down proprietary portals.
Patty is the scheduling backbone. Malcolm owns the logistics puzzle (re-sorting driver schedules, assigning labour) and is staying hands-on to help build the automated version. Mike runs equipment tracking and reconciles what comes back to the shop. Carla owns the daily stock report. George is the internal AI champion tying it together.
Every day, Patty still builds the driver schedule in Excel by hand. Sorts it by manager, sends it out, waits on replies with changes. Malcolm re-sorts, assigns labour, and gets the final version out by morning. It still gets printed, because cell service doesn’t reach the job sites.
Equipment tracking works the same way. Someone photographs a QR code and texts it to the group chat. Mike logs it from there, by hand.
