Today we met with Cory from Supreme Basement Solutions to chat about what he’s learned from AI for Contractors. Right now he’s in the middle of a 20-unit foundation repair project. 300 pages of engineering. Before AI, hours per quote, a project manager was on site just to bridge the gap between drawings and crew. Now? Two minutes. Detailed scopes his installers and homeowners can actually read.

“I’ve increased my level of expertise.” That’s how he described it.

They showed us their space, their tools, and how they build. We got to share what Scelta does. It was a good afternoon.

Custom cabinetry is a craft, and spending time with these two makes that obvious.

was one of the first ten contractors to join the AI for Contractors community. He’s consistently shown up to almost every Tuesday live call, where we teach contractors one AI tool or workflow that they can use in their business. Ten calls later, this is the result. Six months ago things looked very different at both our companies. .ca was building its own AI platform. had a different name. Both of us had a vision for what we wanted to become, and we knew we believed in building toward it together.

Then Shamus did the harder thing. He handed Scelta the keys: brand, operations, sales, finances, strategy, people, tech. Together, we renovated the business from the inside out. Four Leaf Homes is what emerged.

Today there’s few contractors who match his systems. He’s using AI on his own to build systems most companies still don’t know they need. And he’s on track to more than double his best year ever.

Construction will always be built on relationships. Tools change. Technology comes and goes. AI will keep evolving. The value of working with the right people the right way outweighs it all.

Grateful for the trust, Shamus. Looking forward to the opportunities ahead.
