At Element Construction, we believe strong communities are built on respect, understanding, and inclusion.

Today, on the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, we honour the children who never returned home, the survivors of residential schools, and the generations impacted by their legacy.

We are committed to continuing our journey of learning and supporting reconciliation within the communities where we live and work.

🧡 Every Child Matters.

We are starting the week by laying stones and setting the tone. Mondays don’t scare us — they just give us more ground to cover. 👏
