Well, we just realized we had not posted an “after” photo of the one corner we were working on at Summerland Apartments! Attempting to photograph this and get the entire height in was not an easy task, but we managed. We still have plenty to go on this job so it is going to be a busy 2020!

Stone Grey Diamond Rib was used for the vertical panels with a 16” hidden fastener Snaplok panel used as a “band” above the windows.

Flashback Friday!
It was an absolute pleasure to work on this apartment complex in the heart of River Heights and the end result turned out beautifully. It was almost like the owner knew the Bombers were going to the Grey Cup in 2019 and chose his colours accordingly!

Heron Blue, Regent Grey, and Autumn Woodgrain Hidden Fastener Panels were used on the main walls. The entrance's were clad with Galvalume 7/8" Corrugated material.

15 story refurb coming along. Almost completed first segment of 8. Remove old stucco, remove old exterior drywall, rebuild metal studs as needed, new exterior drywall, new windows, new membrane, new 2” exterior insulation and now finally onto metal cladding. Only a few more days. Stay tuned
