To our valued customers,

With fall quickly approaching, many will be thinking of closing up the cottage for the season. The months of September and October at the lake can be beautiful but it can also be unpredictable. Temperatures can drop below freezing at any given time. One night of freezing temperatures can cause damage to pumps, water lines, etc. We cannot guarantee damage caused by early freezing.

Please give us at least 2 weeks notice for a shutdown. A new list is created yearly, so without a scheduled shutdown, we cannot guarantee your cottage will be closed for the season.

We also suggest that if you plan to extend the season that you may want to enclose and insulate your crawl space. (Talk to your contractor for more info).

Heating the crawl space and installing Heat Line can extend your cottage season.

Spring has sprung! While this weekend might not feel like spring, the melt has started and warmer days are ahead. Now is the time to do a walk around (and under) the cabin to check for any issues.
