GordonbotPlumbing Director of Plumbing at Orella Group | Red Seal Plumber My goal?

I’m Adam Gordon, Director of Plumbing at Orella Group Inc and the guy behind . I started as a curious apprentice looking for a spark in this trade and built my way up to leading an entire plumbing division. I share the real side of plumbing — from problem-solving on tough jobs to the tools and mindset that keep us ahead. To motivate the next generation of tradespeople, show homeowners the value of quality work, and have some fun doing it. If you’re into unfiltered trade content, jobsite stories, or just want to see how we tackle the messiest plumbing problems, you’re in the right place.

Can never get sick of that sound.

Milwaukee press tool on copper. No torch, no solder, no waiting. Press, check, move on.

Who else could listen to this all day?

Kitchen sink packed with grease. Brought out the Milwaukee chain snake and let it eat.

Camera first so I know what I’m dealing with, then chain, then camera again to prove it’s clean.

PSA: grease goes in the garbage, not down the drain. Let it cool, scrape it, toss it.

Supervisor cat approved this job.

Thanks to kgeneralovic for the lead!

WTF Pre Game Interview, episode 1.

Hard hitting questions. Zero media training. First in the hot seat: Jeff Kowch aka Jeff Kowch.

The scouts are not watching. We act like they are.

Who should I corner next?

I’ve spent a lot of my life chasing what’s next.

The older I get, the more I realize how important it is to actually enjoy what’s happening right now.

I’ve been through some s**t, learned a lot, and these days I’m just trying to appreciate the people, the places and the little moments along the way.

Feeling pretty damn grateful.

Every time I go on one of these trips, I come home thinking a little differently.

You meet new people, hear different stories, see what other people are building and realize just how much opportunity is actually out there.

And lately I’ve been realizing that maybe being comfortable isn’t always a good thing.

Life’s changing. I’m changing. What I want out of it is changing too.

I’ve spent a lot of years getting good at what I know. Now I think it’s time to start putting myself in rooms I’m not used to being in, saying yes to things that scare me a little, meeting more people and seeing where all of this can actually go.

There’s a whole lot more out there.

Time to get a little uncomfortable. 🍻
