Winter bunkie project on the Severn river winding down to the last few tasks. Client started the framing to this nice sized bunkie as he had lots of extra materials left from his home build. Needed some experienced help when it came to the framing of the roof and standing seam metal roofing which lead to finishing off the rest of project! Been here on and off over the winter but almost at the finish line, then on to the next 👍

Well we may have had to go back to part time but we’re still getting projects done. Here’s some before and after photos of are 2025 winter basement reno in Washago. Includes 2 bedrooms, a main room with a spot for a future custom bar. Also a future 3pc bath framed and a seperated utility room. All ready for the painter! Almost forgot, was able to get this bunkie wrapped up before the snow flew. Now, I can’t take credit for the whole project as I came part way through, the client originally just wanted help with framing the roof and after getting that finished asked if I could come back for the rest. He took care of painting but we got the faux roof framed, sheeted, T&G soffits, along with some ship lap to finish off the wall portion. Roofer took care of the standing seam panels and then I came back to finish of the Fascia, drip edge and a final window cap. Turned out great ! Thanks again Robert it was a pleasure!
