This is a family owned business. My husband and I have 3 boys and 1 girl. I started this company mostly for the kids to have summer and winter work as they get older. Having a job and making their own money gives them a sense of pride because they can contribute to their own lives and the lives of others by providing a service to other people. They are very proud of the work they do. Currently my

oldest is saving his money that he earns to buy his first car when he gets his license in a few years. The second oldest is saving to fix up an old truck in time to drive in a few years. When the kids get a job they are supervised at all times by myself to make sure they get the job done and to teach them the skills that they will need to make themselves successful when they are ready to work on their own.
