Hello everyone! Unfortunately, I am not receiving notifications or messages on this business account, and FB freezes when I try and switch between accounts! It is very frustrating. I am going to have to shut down this page and just share Bergen Bees information on my personal Facebook, which is Danielle Bergen . If you would like, please send your email address to my personal messages and I will begin an email contact list for a newsletter next year.
I will continue to post on Waldheim, Rosthern and Laird buy and sells when we have honey available!

We have good news and bad news. The good news is that we are currently bottling our honey. Unfortunately, we do not have as much honey as we had hoped- our bees were weaker coming out of this long winter and it does not look like we will have a 2nd extraction this year.
Therefore, we will NOT be taking any further orders for honey for 2026. We will do our best to fulfill the 7kg orders we received from my last post, but I will let you know how far we get down the list.
We are very disappointed as we so appreciate our loyal customers and the compliments we get on our honey.
We do have plans in place to strengthen our hives this fall so hopefully be up in production again next year and keep you all in stock!
I will be in touch soon with everyone that ordered. Thank you so much for understanding.

Well, it has been quite the wet season for us! We are hopeful we will be doing a honey extraction yet in July!
If anyone wants to place an order ahead of time, I will open it up (to 7kg orders or more)! We will take smaller orders after the honey extraction takes place.

For myself, I have switched over to using almost entirely honey for baking and cooking. I find that is pretty easy to do in pancakes or muffins, but the consistency of a cookie is trickier! But I love these cookies (I replace the maple syrup with honey)!

We are all sold out of honey! 🐝
Jordan checked the bees in their snuggly insulated winter home and a number of the hives are still strong so we will look forward to a July extraction.
Thank you to all our customers this past year- you are really amazing. Thanks for buying local honey. 🍯
