We have been renovating and building homes in the Greater Victoria area since 1998. We do not believe that “high end” necessarily means “high cost.” As a result or our expertise and relationships with trustworthy construction suppliers we can create significant savings for you in the creation of your dream home. LIDA Homes is registered with the B.C. Home Protection Office and is a registered new home builder. Our new home warranty provider is Pacific Home Warranty. TRANSPARENCY:

LIDA Homes charges a fee based upon a percentage of budgeted construction costs and is guaranteed once the scope of the project is known. All labour and materials are billed at cost. Once a month we prepare a detailed statement outlining payables and budget updates for your approval. A big shoutout to Finlay and the TMFD team!

This past Saturday, they took on the 2026 Isle of Van, and LIDA Homes was proud to support the team.

More importantly, the challenge helped raise funds for kids in crisis, people with disabilities, and brain-injury survivors in the Cowichan Valley.
