Occasionally, people ask us why we charge what we do and why it takes so much work to exclude and trap rats.

Well, simply because we do what no one else wants to.

Today, my team began the glorious work of removing contaminated insulation from the belly of a trailer, in the crawlspace beneath it.

Not only did this entail them being baptized in waves of mouse and rat droppings and deceased rats and mice, but also a zombified cat.

This is another example of why we don't use poison.

There was loads of poison under this trailer.

Cat chased rodents under trailer. Cat ate rodents...
