The cheapest price and the best value are rarely the same thing 👀

Anyone can give a low number.

The real question is:What’s included?What’s missing?Who’s managing the schedule?Who’s accountable when something goes wrong?

A custom home isn’t a product you buy off a shelf. It’s a process with hundreds of moving parts that need to be coordinated properly.

Choosing a builder based on price alone can end up being the most expensive decision of the entire project. 😅

Usually, it’s not because they’re bigger or more expensive.

It’s because the details were thought through properly from the beginning.

Things like:

• layout flow
• ceiling heights
• window placement
• lighting design
• proportions between spaces
• how materials and finishes work together

The homes that feel the best are usually the ones where the planning was intentional long before construction started.

That’s the difference thoughtful design and construction coordination can make throughout a build ✍🏼
