This fence is on a slope and over time really started to shift and lean as shown in before picture. Some TLC and 40 hours later we have built a small concrete block retaining wall, tied into pressure treated landscape logs. Spiked together and then drilled with rebar. Reclaimed the old fence boards. 4 new posts. Came out SOLID!

Tub/Shower Reno.
Step 1: Demo: Remove Existing Metal Tub and existing flimsy plastic surround. On this project there was tile underneath.
Gut to the studs.
Step 2: Install New Tub ensuring level. Install New Delta valve and connect abs drain. Connecting the new drain will most likely require adjusting the positioning of existing drain. Access is a big consideration.
Step 3: Build Back: Drywall and Redguard the walls. Shim existing studs to insure level/plumb.
Step 3: Tile - Subway tile never goes out of style :)
A project like this takes 5 to 7 days.
Project Cost starts at $6,000 and up depending on materials chosen.
