Massive rock removal during a residential renovation.

Too large to move in one piece, so we cut it with diamond wire first, then broke it down into smaller blocks with a diamond blade saw.

Drill into concrete at a university facility (international case).

• 4 core holes: 3 in diameter, 40 in deep
• 20 ft trench section: 1 ft wide, cut and removed
• GPR scanning before drilling and trenching
• Main constraint: live electrical equipment below, so water/slurry control was critical
• Completed in one day

19-foot beam. Tight access. Four days of staged cutting.

Old deck removed. Two concrete curbs cut out. Space ready for the deck installers.

60-foot foundation wall removal in Richmond Hill.

The wall was about 16 feet high, 1 foot thick, and tied into a 3-foot footing. We used diamond wire sawing to separate it from the rest of the foundation.

One day. Two cuts. Controlled removal.

190 feet of trenching for a new café build-out in Newmarket.

We scanned the floor first, then completed concrete cutting, demolition, and disposal for plumbing and refrigeration lines.
