Concrete accessibility ramp, paving stone installation, and complete replacement of planter boxes for a townhouse complex at The University of British Columbia 👷👷👷
⠀
This turned out to be a very interesting and rewarding project for our team. The work included building a new concrete ramp for people with mobility challenges, installing paving stones, and fully replacing the old planter boxes throughout the townhouse complex.
⠀
The project combined both concrete and detailed woodwork — and all of it was completed under heavy Vancouver rain. But no matter the conditions, our team stayed focused and completed the entire project ahead of schedule.💪💪💪
⠀
The new cedar planter boxes are strong, durable, and built to last for many years. And the new accessibility ramp has already received amazing feedback from residents, especially people with disabilities and parents using strollers.🫶🫶🫶
⠀
We’re proud of how everything came together, and we truly hope these improvements serve our clients well for many years to come 🙌🙌🙌🫶🫶🫶👷👷👷

A very positive and memorable project on a farm in Abbotsford 🫶🫶🫶
⠀
Our team completed a 1,000 sq. ft. concrete slab between two 20-foot shipping containers to create a functional workspace for the farmer’s needs.
⠀
It was a real pleasure working surrounded by horses, cows, goats, chickens, and many other friendly animals. To make the experience even better, the owner invited us to help feed them vegetables — such a cool experience for the whole crew!🐎🐄🐂🐑🐖🐐🐔🫶🫶🫶
⠀
After carefully setting up the formwork with a laser level, we installed 20M rebar with the proper spacing according to the project specifications. We then poured a 32 MPa air-entrained concrete slab and completed a thorough finishing process to achieve a clean and durable surface💪💪💪
⠀
The next morning, we removed the formwork, and the client was very happy with both the quality of the work and the speed of completion🫶🫶🫶
⠀
And when the client is happy — our team is happy too! 🙌🙌

The owners of these townhouse units contacted our company because the old wooden entrance stairs had deteriorated over time, and the wooden fences and gates had become unstable, rotten, and started collapsing 🥲🥲🥲
⠀
Our team designed and coordinated a new project with the client that included reinforced concrete retaining walls, as well as the construction and installation of brand-new fences and gates👷👷👷
⠀
After demolishing and removing the old structures, we began building the concrete retaining walls. We also installed a new drainage system designed to properly redirect rainwater away from the unit courtyards.
⠀
Once the concrete work was completed and the forms were removed, we installed new wooden posts, built the fences and gates, laid concrete pavers, and completed the landscaping and restoration of the surrounding area💪💪💪
⠀
The final result turned out strong, clean, and built to last — and we’re proud of the work our team accomplished. Most importantly, the client was extremely happy with the result, and we’re grateful for another successful collaboration 🫶🫶🫶
