More junk on offer from Regency! This pilot assembly rots out every year even though it’s covered. Until they make stainless steel components it will never be cured. Also note where the flame control is situated, not accessible by the customer! Looking to buy an outdoor fireplace- buy the most basic system available and avoid electronic ignition, especially if you live in a high moisture climate such as Vancouver

‘High end’ 😂 Montigo garbage! So much for quality control, aeration port for air/gas mixture not drilled through (sooting problem) and everything tacked together with sheet metal screws. $$$$ rubbish

This Valor fireplace was in need of a good service to maximize efficiency. Seen here the main or***ce is heavily plugged. Pilot or***ce also in need of a clean. Fireplaces require annual maintenance and safety checks
