One Year of DMD Projects 🎉
Today, we're incredibly grateful for the trust our clients, partners, suppliers, and team members have placed in us. Because of that support, we've been fortunate to achieve some important milestones:
✅ Grew from 3 to 15 team members in our first year.
✅ Built an operations team dedicated to supporting the success of our site leads and apprentices.
✅ Invested in our people by sending all site leads and apprentices through Level 1 Safety Training.
✅ Expanded our in-house taping division capable of supporting multiple projects and service calls simultaneously.
✅ Successfully completed taping services on a full-floor Tenant Improvement project (10,000+ sqft floor plate).
✅ Built new and meaningful relationships throughout the construction industry.
✅ Won our first major multiscope (5,000 sqft) Tenant Improvement project utilizing our in-house team for demolition, framing, drywall, taping, T-bar ceilings, doors, and glazing.
Most importantly, we've built a team of talented individuals who are committed to delivering quality outcomes, embracing challenges, and finding solutions when obstacles arise. Beyond skills and experience, we've found people who genuinely care about one another, take pride in their work, and are dedicated to helping our clients succeed.

As we enter our second year, we remain committed to continuously improving our systems, processes, and operations so we can better serve our clients, create opportunities for our team, and continue delivering quality projects for our clients.
