One method does not fit every roof.

Asphalt shingles. Soft wash only. Granules preserved. Manufacturer warranty kept intact.

Cement tile. Porous and brittle. Non pressure sterilization is the only safe method.

Pressure washing asphalt shingles voids your warranty.

The Canadian Asphalt Shingle Manufacturers Association is explicit. Pressure washing strips the ceramic granules that protect your shingles from UV and rain. Even low PSI pressure washing can void your manufacturer warranty.

We do not pressure wash. Ever.
