As we wrap up another busy year, we want to thank our partners and clients for the trust and collaboration that made 2025 such a strong one.

The two extremes of our company.

Here’s a little contrast for you. One of our team members looks out over a massive snow drift he’s about to tackle in nearly −39°C, while another takes in the shoreline at DFO Pacific Biological Station.

Our northern crews have been working around the clock over the past month, clearing more than 60,000 cubic meters of snow from our clients’ properties. Temperatures have been relentless, regularly dipping into the low −30s, pushing both crews and equipment to their limits. It’s been demanding work, and the effort behind the scenes has been nothing short of impressive.

At the same time, our southern team has been operating 24/7 on seismic safety upgrades at the DFO Pacific Biological Station. When this photo was taken, the temperature was a comfortable +14°C on a stunning coastal site—a 53-degree swing between two of our 25 active job sites.

Different conditions. Same commitment.

Our team has been approved to take on the seismic upgrades for the Clemens Building at the Pacific Biological Station.

Coordinating and completing these upgrades through four storeys of active laboratories and offices will be a challenge — but it’s one we’re absolutely up for.

We’re proud to share that Complete Ltd. has been selected by Western Forest Products to build the wood feature details for their new head office.

These architectural cedar elements will serve as a focal point of the design — showcasing the level of precision and attention to detail that WFP knows they can count on from our team.

After verifying site conditions and assessing material selections, we’re now ready to get started — and looking forward to the scent of fresh cedar along the way.

Community Project Donation! It’s our 10-year anniversary in Fort St. John, and we’re celebrating in a way that matters.

We’re taking on a project for someone in need:

♿ An elderly neighbour needing a ramp
🙌 A local group or business that could use help
