Position Title: Property Maintenance Technician
Applicant must be a mature, reliable individual with a valid driver's license. Ability to work independently and utilize problem solving skills.
Roles and Responsibilities: Safe and proper equipment handling. Completing truck routes and anticipating necessary tools to complete the duties assigned for the day. Performing property and landscape maintenance and other work orders as assigned. Examples include: spring/ fall clean-ups, grass cutting, landscape installation/ maintenance, removal of debris from rental units, putting waste receptacles to the curb, moving furniture and household contents.
Special Considerations: Physically demanding work. Willingness to work outdoors in snow and rain.
