Margaret High Love to create, I do greeting cards and write my own poetry When someone passes without a Will or Power of Attorney it leaves the family in chaos.

JustNCase will give you peace of mind:

Your family will certainly appreciate that you took the time to think ahead. If there is no will or power of attorney, the government could take over your loved one's estate. You may say "I have nothing to give to anyone," but maybe your family or friends would like a trinket as a memory, well that won't automatically happen without it in writing. Or maybe you'll need to get access to your loved ones' accounts information, lawyer info, social media, etc... where is all this info kept? Do you know who to contact to handle the situation right? The Executor - The person you assign this kit to. The executor is the person that will ensure that your wishes are met, they also have to make sure that your bills are all paid, including all funeral costs. Do You Want The Government to be your Executor? Definitely not... then you need to appoint your own executor and you can do so with this kit. So they have all the info they need to handle "your" wishes. JustNcase will help you with many of these decisions, by providing you with important information, as well as the tools to start what you’ve been putting off for far too long.
