Done …..Done and well Done!

2 months!! materials , special order timber, big foots, framing, shingles, deck, hardware and inspections to complete this large porch extension

Inspectors came and gone! No issues so on with the deck and porch roof shingles today!

Deck complete

Fascia, soffits and minor details then this project comes to an end!

Finally got to build !

This new deck / porch is looking great after today!!

This project has finally come to
light after a number of engineer revisions, inspector reviews to pass, point load bracing inside the home and on and on !

Finally our customer sees the results after today’s hard work!!

The original old window was 40 years old and it had so much condensation between the glass it was like driving your car through a rain shower and having no wipers!!

We fixed that today and removed the centre window and installed a new vinyl clad Northstar window and trimmed it out for a great couple !!

What started as a simple basement reno due to water incursion, took a turn.

Water was seeping into the block foundation and creating a moist and wet lower bedroom in this customers home

The complete foundation was excavated, water proofed and proper drainage installed.

We pushed forward and finished today finally trimming the windows and installing the baseboards. Minor touch ups and customer is pleased to have their bedroom back!

Up on the rooftop today finishing a privacy screen, bbq heat deflector and prep table for this Cobourg property!!

Hot hot hot …..and that’s not talking about the BBQ!!

Still dealing with the heat and exhaustion?

Well we are too!!

GenCon took a day inside to install new ceramic tile flooring in this new build today to escape the ☀️

We have evidenced the problems in the economy this year with interest rates high with no reductions in the BOC rates

This had lead customers to hold off for the visions of new projects they want. In tough times we try to cater to customers budgets and offer them solutions to help

In this case our customer couldn’t afford a complete new deck and she simply wanted an extension onto her existing deck , so we complied and gave her an additional 165sq ft new deck to mirror what she had!

On time and on her budget!

These additions are hard to mirror but we got her what she wanted amd that’s what counts

Downtown Cobourg, near the beach this laneway fence was today’s project

Tear out rotted posts and fencing and create a new look for our customer

The customer wanted to keep his old gates so we blended in with the new fence !
