This week we did a furnace / AC maintenance on a 26 unit complex. We came across a couple froze up coils due to inadequate air flow. This situation the bottom of the coil was all plugged up. A dirty filter can also cause this. If it’s been a while since your last maintenance it might be time too give us a call.
