Here is another notable instance worth sharing. Not every job we undertake is publicly posted, as some of our clients request discretion. This option is available to all our customers, which occasionally limits the visibility of certain projects. Consequently, not all jobs are visible to the public, and I may not be able to post some of them due to these client preferences. Nonetheless, here is an opportunity for our customers. We've almost wrapped up the project, but it's unfortunate that the roof's ventilation system was not properly installed during the previous roofing job/build leading to sheeting that deteriorated more quickly than expected. This mistake has necessitated a reroofing job well ahead of schedule, with shingles that would have otherwise lasted another 15 years. In our experience, sagging plywood between visible rafters often signals inadequate ventilation or insufficient sheeting thickness. However, poor ventilation is frequently the primary culprit behind the plywood's moisture damage and loss of structural integrity. We added all new sheeting baffled venting, before laying sheeting and actually opened the ridge ventilation this one will last
