My therapist has been trying to get me to be kinder to myself and says i need to love myself and i've tried but i'm definitely not my type.

Has anyone else noticed hardly anyone spontaneously combusts anymore? Like that was a big worry in the 90s. I like to think its because of all the new anti-inflammatory medications out there.

Anyone else cry when theyre boating? Or as i like to call it cryaking.

My therapist told me once money can't buy happiness but never said that again after i said well i guess all these pills you got me on are free now!
