Finished this up yesterday. The first pictures are of the metal I had to remove. Leaked and caused alot of rot around the dormer. No flashing on the dormer for the metal. What a mess. Got it all sealed up and rot repaired. First time in seven years it hasn't leaked.

Started another one in truro. Bit of work on this one lol. Had to remove metal that was installed improperly and the shingles under that. What a mess the last company made of these poor people's home. 7 years ago it was installed and leaked from day one. The installer basically told customer that he wasn't going to make it right. Now there are areas rotten right through and extreme drywall damage in the home. Not to mention all the insulation in the attic.... needless to say once we're done she won't leak again.
