Two textures, one palette — and it works perfectly.

Light linear stone tile meets dark charcoal slate inside the shower, creating a contrast that gives the space its character without overcomplicating it. Frameless glass enclosure, dual rain head and hand wand system, a clean recessed niche, and a dark gloss vanity with quartz countertop and chrome fixtures throughout. Every element was chosen to feel bold but refined.

Warm tones, clean lines, and nothing out of place.

Large-format travertine-look tile from floor to ceiling, a two-tone oak and white vanity with quartz countertop, frameless glass tub enclosure with a rain head shower, and a textured feature tile inside the shower that adds depth without competing with the palette. Every finish was chosen to feel warm and timeless rather than cold and trendy.

The details that pull it together: chrome fixtures, a sleek wall-mount faucet, and a dual shower system with both a rain head and adjustable hand wand. Understated, but nothing was an afterthought.

✨ When every inch tells a story; this is what intentional design looks like.

What was once a standard bedroom closet is now a fully custom ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet; proof that smart space planning can completely transform how you live in your home.

This compact but mighty bathroom packs serious design power into every square foot. The feature wall steals the show with large-format patterned tiles in a warm cream and taupe, featuring an intricate circular botanical motif that adds texture and elegance without overwhelming the space. Paired against handmade-style sage green subway tiles on the shower side wall, the contrast creates a layered, curated look that feels both timeless and fresh.

Underfoot, a vintage-inspired encaustic floor tile in soft blue-grey with a scrollwork pattern ties the whole palette together beautifully. The built-in shower niche keeps things functional while staying seamlessly integrated into the patterned accent wall.

Every fixture was carefully selected in brushed brass, from the rain shower head and handheld wand combo, to the thermostatic valve, the glass door handle, the vanity faucet, and even the light bar above the mirror. That warm gold tone runs like a thread throughout, elevating every detail.

The sage green vanity with a crisp white quartz countertop, the arched mirror, and the globe brass vanity light complete the look — moody, sophisticated, and full of personality.

Not every backyard has this.

We built a fully self-contained cabana unit, complete with its own kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and private entrance. White shaker cabinetry, marble porcelain floors, quartz countertops, marble backsplash, and a frameless glass shower with a backlit mirror vanity. Outside, fresh stucco, a flat roof, recessed soffit lighting, and a stone patio walkway leading to the entry door.

A legal, rentable unit that adds income and value to the property, without touching the main house.

Mint green tile and a cast iron tub — straight out of the 1920s.

We gutted it completely. The old bathtub, penny tile floor, and mint ceramic walls were replaced with large-format marble porcelain throughout, a custom pentagon frameless glass shower, matte black fixtures, rain head, dark shaker vanity with quartz countertop, and a smart toilet. Same small footprint, but it feels like an entirely different space.
This is what happens when a century-old bathroom finally gets the renovation it's been waiting decades for.

A century-old Victorian home in Midtown Toronto and every room told its age.

We touched every corner of this house. New ensuite bathroom added from scratch, existing bathroom fully renovated, a new powder room carved out of unused space, original hardwood flooring replaced throughout, kitchen transformed with navy shaker cabinetry and marble porcelain tile, and every wall freshly painted to bring light and life back into the home. Nothing was left untouched.

A hundred years of history — with a interior built for the next hundred.

A 100-year-old kitchen that hadn't been touched in decades. And it showed.

Checkerboard vinyl floors, dated white cabinets, coil cooktop, and a hanging lamp that belonged in another era. We stripped it back and rebuilt it into something the home had never seen before. Navy shaker cabinetry floor to ceiling, large-format marble porcelain tile, white quartz countertops with a waterfall edge, stainless steel appliances, and recessed lighting throughout. Same footprint, completely different feeling.

This is what happens when a century-old Victorian home gets the kitchen it always deserved.
