Project Update – TownePlace Suites by Marriott, Barrie, ON

We’re pleased to share significant progress on the TownePlace Suites by Marriott project in Barrie. The superstructure is now complete, marking an important milestone for the team. Work is currently underway to finalize the parapet in preparation for installing the roof membrane, which will allow us to fully waterproof the building and transition into the next phase of construction.

All interior framing has also been completed, positioning the project well for upcoming mechanical, electrical, and finishing stages.

Proud of the hard work and dedication from everyone involved as we continue to move this project forward.

Chayell Hospitality Group is proud to be progressing on the TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Barrie, ON – a 100-suite development. We’ve kicked off the installation of Cold-Formed Steel (CFS) panels and the pool construction is now underway.
