Front Yard Renovation

This lovely Beaches front yard was falling apart and awkward to use. Driveway was too steep and really difficult in the winter. We reorganized the steps. Changed the grade on the driveway and installed heated driveway. Custom iron railings. Rebuilt the porch. Created rockery gardens and a niche up top for enjoying morning coffee.

Some people can't stand the idea of artificial sod... BUT you might consider it for children's play space or small areas. Evergreen.. clean...no watering .. no cutting .. just vacuum once in a while!!

Cedar Gates and Arbour

Gate entrances can be so important to a space.

Make an entrance !!!!
Even back doors deserve to be functional and beautiful. Installed here: enduring IPE deck, custom cedar fencing and gorgeous Flagstone patio.
Before (swipe left) old landing was small and 5 awkward steps up. No privacy from the neighbours.

Back Yard Total Renovation

This small Beaches back yard needed big help! An old rotting deck pervaded the space and was no place for two young children to play.
Mom & dad needed grown up space to enjoy. Site lines were a challenge too. Large ugly retaining walls and no privacy. We rolled up our sleeves and are thrilled with the results...
