Our customer asked for an oil interceptor installed so that he can wash his car with a mind toward proper separation of sediment, oil and water that may run off during a cleaning. Believe it or not, this is code! Plumb, level and graded where it ought to be. .
Next up, DWV and water lines - as this is a separate living space atop the garage, fire protection for our pipe penetrations is required. . .

This is a fully winterized hot and cold supply going out to the patio serving a glass washer, hand wash sink, and ice trough + hot and cold hose bibs. A 403 model enclosed pump quietly sends waste water back inside. The pump itself can be drained, disassembled, stored and easily put back into action. . .

Our recent install for Anejo King St - plumbing their 2 set up to a 4. When there isnā€™t a wall, you build one using unistrut. When you donā€™t have a drain, you eject to one using 405. And when you canā€™t shut them down to 15 hrs of work, you do it overnight. šŸ’„
