Time + weather conditions are factors that inevitably damage any structure and can lead into a potential hazard. Corrosion, rust, cracks, hollow concrete and exposed rebar are some of the signs that indicate that it is time to carry out a professional restoration.

In this particular project not only rails were severely affected by rust and corrosion but also the concrete slab showed significant damage as moisture and corrosion seeped through the rail anchors.

Therefore, a complete restoration of the balconies was required.
