Halfway through this property cleanup in Scarborough and this place was completely out of control when we started.

We’ve cleared a huge amount already and it’s finally starting to take shape — but there’s still more to go.

This area was filled with debris and leftover material, which would have caused long-term issues if left as is.

We removed everything, brought in proper triple mix, and graded it correctly to create a clean, stable base moving forward.

This old pond had become a maintenance issue, so we removed it, cleaned out the area, and brought in fresh soil to create a solid base.

Finished off with natural stone edging and a simple planting layout to turn it into a clean, low-maintenance garden space.

This is the difference between something that looks good temporarily… and something that actually works long-term.
