Before ↔ After 📸✨
This Calacatta marble vanity looked tired. Dull. Chalky. The homeowners thought they’d have to replace the whole thing.
They didn’t.
Marble is solid stone all the way through. What wears down is just the surface — and the surface can be brought back.
We honed away the damage. Polished until the veining came through again. Sealed it to protect the finish.
No demolition. No replacement. Just a vanity that looks like it did the day it was installed.
If your stone vanity has lost its shine, we can fix that. Free consultation anywhere in Toronto and the GTA.

Before & After 📸
A polished marble island doesn’t just look expensive. It looks intentional.
There’s a difference between “cleaned” and finished. Most countertops in Toronto kitchens are the first one.
We do the second.
When we polish a marble island or countertop, we’re not wiping it down and calling it a day. We’re working through a full diamond abrasive progression — from cutting grits that level out years of etching and scratches, all the way up to finishing compounds that pull depth out of the stone you didn’t know was there.
The result isn’t a surface that looks “nice for now.” It’s a surface that reflects light like glass, feels smooth as water, and holds that finish for the long term.
No coatings. No waxes that wear off in two weeks. No “sealers” that promise miracles. Just mechanical polishing done right — the same way high-end stone fabricators finish a fresh slab at the shop, except we do it in your kitchen.
Every island we touch is owner-operated. One pair of hands. One standard. And an obsession with what happens between grit 200 and grit 3000.
If your marble countertops are dull, etched, or just not giving you that deep reflective look anymore — let’s talk.

Before & After 📸
That white cloud of dull rings across your marble island countertop? That’s not dirt. It’s etching — a chemical burn from lemon juice, vinegar, wine, or even salad dressing sitting just a little too long.
Marble is calcium carbonate. Acid eats calcium carbonate. End of story.
The “before” here was an island that had taken years of invisible acidic contact. Cloudy. Rough in spots. The kind of surface you instinctively avoid touching because it just feels… off.
The “after” is the same island. Same slab. Same kitchen. But the etch marks are gone — leveled, honed, and polished back to a glass-smooth mirror finish. No replacement counters. No invasive renovation. Just the right technique, the right compounds, and a deep understanding of what marble needs to heal.
If your marble island has been getting quieter and duller with every dinner prep…
Stop blaming the marble and start blaming the acid.
We’ll bring the shine back. Free consultation anywhere in Toronto and the GTA.

There’s a difference between black marble that’s dark — and black marble that’s dead.✨
We picked up this coffee table from a client in Leslieville last week. On paper? Stunning Nero Marquina — crisp white veining cutting through a deep charcoal field. In person? Clouded. Dull. Water rings that had settled in so long they felt permanent. The kind of surface you stop noticing because looking at it too closely just reminds you it’s not what it used to be.
This is the same table, this morning, after one pass with the right diamond-grit sequence and a dry polish finish.
See that reflection in the right half? That’s not a filter. That’s the stone coming back to life — deep gloss, true black, veining that pops instead of fades into a grey haze.
You don’t need a new coffee table. You need the one you already have to feel like itself again.

This client had a stubborn orange rust stain on their white quartz vanity — right next to the sink where a metal soap dispenser base had left its mark over time. The kind of stain that makes you think the vanity is ruined.
Quartz is durable, but it’s not invincible. Rust stains like this oxidize into the surface and can’t be scrubbed out with store-bought cleaners. The wrong approach can even etch the resin binder and make things worse.
We treated it with polish powder— no grinding, no stripping, no damage to the quartz surface. Just controlled chemistry and patience.
The result? Almost gone. The vanity looks like it just came off the showroom floor.
If you’ve got a stain on quartz, marble, granite, or any natural stone you think is permanent — it probably isn’t. We can take a look and tell you what’s possible, free of charge.

The before and after she deserved. 📸
This Marfil marble vanity was beautiful once — then years of toothpaste splatter, water rings, and daily use left it etched and dull. The warm cream tones had gone flat. The soft veining had disappeared under a haze of buildup.
What you’re seeing on the right side isn’t a new top. It’s the same stone. Same vanity. Just fully stripped, diamond-honed, and polished back to its natural gloss.
Marfil marble has a gorgeous creamy-beige warmth with those subtle movement veins that make each slab unique. But it’s also a soft calcium-based stone — acidic cleaners, hard water, and even certain soaps eat right through the finish over time.
The good news: that finish can always come back.
We work on vanities in-place, so there’s no demolition, no plumbing removal, no mess that lasts longer than a few hours. You keep the stone you already love — it just looks like day one again.

You’re not paying for the machine.
You’re paying for knowing which grit to start with. For understanding that Marfil — that warm, cream-coloured Spanish stone — is softer than you think, and the wrong pad will leave swirl marks that take days to undo.
You’re paying for the experience to read the stone. To know when to move up a grit, when to slow the RPMs, when to stop chasing shine and let the stone start reflecting on its own. That’s the part you can’t rent from Home Depot.
The machine is just a machine. The person behind it is what makes the difference.
From mid-century bungalows in the Beaches to new builds in Oakville, we’ve seen Marfil installed, neglected, scratched, hazed, professionally cleaned — and then properly restored. The equation never changes: the right sequence, the right abrasives, the right touch.
Every floor has a story. We’re just the ones who help it tell it.

That marble vanity you picked out with care — when was the last time it really caught your eye?
Verde marble in a bathroom is a statement piece. The deep greens, the veining, the way it catches morning light through a window. But after a few years of toothpaste splatters, cleaning sprays, and daily use, that finish gets tired. It looks clean but not alive.
Half of this vanity was finished last week. Same slab. Same countertop. The difference is about 45 minutes of careful work.
The stone wasn’t damaged — it was just dull. And dull is reversible.
We serve Toronto and the GTA, come to your home, and bring the finish back without any mess or disruption. One vanity, one countertop, or an entire floor — same approach: get the depth back.
