Building superstructure and all services are now complete for the Campus Gate Residences adjacent to the University of Toronto Scarborough Campus. Interior finishes are well underway, and we are still ahead of schedule for spring completion and leasing. Special thanks to all of our partners and valued sub trades, way to go Team! Stay tuned for interior posts over the winter.

👷🚧Superstructure complete! We are just working on exterior finishes to make it watertight for the winter. Building services are energized and connected. Building heated and ready to start the Interiors. Stay tuned!

🍂🚧Fall construction update on the CAMPUS GATE RESIDENCES project at UTSC!

We are now substantially complete with respect to the entire BUILDING ENVELOPE and we are now commencing the interior finishes on all floors.

Our roof membrane is complete, our stud wall partitions, staircase openings, plumbing, HVAC, and primary electrical rough-ins are all underway.

Thanks to our valued sub trades and the TA**US TEAM coupled with seamless production scheduling, we are on track to close up the superstructure just in time for winter and interior finishes, stay tuned!

The office of people who are working hard to make Ontario a better place to live.

That's right! Ta**us has officially moved into our new (temporary) office. We will be here over the next year or so as our new office gets built alongside the Campus Gate Residences. Stay tuned for more upcoming content about the demolition and construction.

We’re excited to share our completed renovations at the Toronto Indonesian Consulate, on 129 Jarvis St! Thanks to the consulate's board of directors for trusting Ta**us Contracting with this elegant upgrade, featuring new architectural finishes, an additional washroom, a new lunchroom and other related ground floor renovated areas.
