New eavestrough system installed along with a properly vented ridge to optimize attic airflow.
A vented ridge creates a continuous exhaust point along the peak of the roof, allowing hot, moisture‑laden air to escape naturally. This prevents attic heat saturation, reduces condensation and deck rot, stabilizes shingle temperatures, and maintains a balanced pressure system when paired with adequate soffit intake. The result is longer roof life, lower humidity, and improved overall building performance.
