This is what happens when modern design meets organic warmth.

We designed and built this house for a family of 4 which we started collaborating with from the layout development stage to build them a house that reflected their lifestyle.

Quiet luxury was our focus in design here. We wanted the house to feel warm and inviting with an organic feel to it.

We incorporated the key elements of French country style, to blend the organic softness of a country side home with timeless classic elegance.

We were being mindful of the flow and maximizing functionality in every square inch of the space.

Our clients wanted this bathroom to feel really charming, warm, and cozy - but still modern and elevated.

We added interior windows to divide the shower and tub space, which brings so much charm and visual interest and makes the whole space feel more custom. We used a mix of different tiles and stone to add depth and character because layering materials keeps a bathroom from feeling flat and sterile.

The key to a clutter-free space is always lots of storage, so we incorporated a medicine cabinet and plenty of drawers with organization for all the hair tools and everyday products. We also built a shower niche to keep products neatly stored within the wall, which instantly adds that more luxurious feel.

We added gold finishes with soft white accents throughout to bring warmth and softness, and for the vanity we chose a warm wood tone to keep the space feeling grounded. The wood adds that perfect contrast against the stone and tile and helps everything feel cozy instead of cold.

Not going to lie.... a lot of time is spent behind the scenes playing with decor and swapping out props to find that sweet spot where everything feels balanced

These interior shoots take hours mostly because of all the styling that needs to be done before every shot

It’s all about these tiny details that make a space feel lived-in yet curated

First day of the Living Luxe Design Show was amazing, it was lovely meeting you all and chatting with everyone! Thanks so much for stopping by our Rome–inspired booth.

It was so heartwarming hearing all your positive feedback too, especially seeing how people felt intimate with our space and countless beautiful people who wanted to take a picture with the set.

A feature which got as dramatic as it could was our ceiling! Drawn everybody’s eye up and the hand painting we chose to print on the wallpaper, received so many compliments. Our choice of colour palette also received a lot of attention. We had many inquiries on the paint colours.

Many of you mentioned how the space was so spacious but intimate which was our direction in design. The love for our custom couch by , curated detailing on the curtain by and all the little details is very appreciated!

All of this was not possible to come to life without the support of our team of sponsors.

Rooted in a strong connection to their neighbourhood and the home they had built their lives in, this project was driven by the need for more space and improved functionality for this family of four

The vision was to expand and transform the home in a way that felt intentional and seamless - enhancing the layout while preserving the character that made it feel familiar. By reworking the flow and integrating thoughtful, built-in storage throughout, each space was designed to support the rhythm of modern family living

Before the transformation, the layout felt disconnected and restrictive - the peninsula disrupted the flow, there was no dedicated dining area, and the kitchen lacked both space and functionality

Every square foot was carefully considered, with a custom addition that blends effortlessly into the existing structure. The result is a home that feels both elevated and deeply personal - where functionality meets refined design

Through thoughtful layout planning, the space has been completely reimagined to feel open, cohesive, and intuitive. It now flows seamlessly, with enhanced storage and a level of functionality that supports everyday living with ease

Soft, layered tones, natural light, and a calm, welcoming atmosphere define the space, creating a timeless environment that feels organized, warm, and truly lived in - a perfect reflection of their comfort zone

Your ceiling is the most overlooked design opportunity in your home - and it definitely doesn’t have to stay white. We often focus so much on the four walls around us that we forget the “fifth wall” waiting above

In this space, we chose to move away from the expected and introduced a stunning wallpaper to the ceiling. It’s a subtle shift that completely transforms the architecture of the room, adding a layer of depth and personality that paint alone simply can’t achieve. By bringing pattern and texture overhead, the room feels more intimate, intentional, and balanced from the ground up

This new build was approached with intention from the very beginning, with a strong focus on creating a layout that feels effortless, cohesive, and highly functional throughout. Every space was carefully considered to support the way a family lives day to day, ensuring both practicality and ease

Designed for a young family, the overall atmosphere was meant to feel soft, warm, and calming - an environment that feels welcoming yet elevated. Natural materials and organic textures were layered throughout to bring a sense of comfort and quiet sophistication

Subtle nods to French country design were woven into the interiors, combining the charm and ease of a countryside home with a more timeless, refined aesthetic

The result is a space that embodies a quieter kind of luxury - one that prioritizes livability, warmth, and intention over anything overly ornate or untouchable

In a Toronto home, the entryway is the ultimate multitasker. It’s your first impression, your transition zone, your mudroom and foyer all in one

Because we aren’t always working with massive footprints in the city, the design has to be incredibly intentional. It’s a balance: you need the functionality of a mudroom to hide the seasonal chaos, but you want the polished aesthetic of a foyer to set the tone for the rest of the house

It’s about maximizing every inch with custom storage and integrated seating so the space stays clutter-free and calm. When your entryway is both smart and beautiful, it doesn’t just hold your coats - it changes the way you feel the moment you walk through the front door
