Quinco Specialty Contracting is currently seeking experienced welders to join our growing team.

Requirements

Valid CWB welding tickets in all positions, if they are just expired and need to Re new them we can set you up or if you think you can pass them all we can set you up for a weld test.

Experience in industrial construction, mining, and structural steel welding is considered a strong asset

Ability to read and interpret drawings

Valid driver's licence with no major convictions

Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Wage Range

💰 $30.00 to $55.00 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and skill level.

All apprenticeship levels are welcome to apply. Previous work experience in mining, millwright services, welding, construction or similar industries is considered a strong asset.

We’re proud to showcase the completion of two large dust collector installations, successfully installed by our team last July.
Scope of work included.
✔️ Assembly and anchoring of dust collectors
✔️ Structural steel installation to support the units
✔️ Platform installation (set and secured to spec)
✔️ Rigging/ hoisting ductwork for proper positioning
✔️ Custom structural steel hangers and stands built onsite to accommodate the massive duct sizing
This project was completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard—exactly what Quinco is known for on industrial sites.
