Join a community feedback session and help steer the future of the Terrace skatepark!

We recognize that the design of the current skate park is outdated,. The park is showing its age and a new or revitalized skate park would be great for the community. Working with New Line Skateparks the City is undertaking a feasibility study and concept design for a new or revitalized skatepark in Terrace.

The first step of the feasibility study is to look at what currently exists and get an understanding of what the community would like to see. A feasibility study will give us a better sense of potential costs as well as options for the actual reconstruction of the existing park or building of a new park in the future.

Stoked to keep the Stoke of Skateboarding alive in our Community. has been an amazing addition to our community by offering a place for teens to skateboard inside of the winter.
Unbound Gear & Apparel has continually supported our local youth through hosting events, and donating to so many clubs around town.
Although our Skateboard community isn’t that big in Terrace it’s events like these that keep the stoke alive.
If you get a chance, come check out the Plaza on June 21 for GO SKATE DAY!

It was great having the opportunity to have some our staff Volunteer at the 2025 Makers / Career Day hosted by/at the NTETC - Northwest Trades & Employment Training Centre. This event brought approx. 250 grade 7 students from throughout the northwest area together to have some hands on experience with different trades. It was a great experience to watch young students participate in various hands on experiences/aspects of the different trades, and hear them talk about what trades interest them as possible future careers.

Here’s a great little video that Step3project and partners put together of the solar project we worked on at Shames Mountain this past August 2023. This 10 min film was featured in our local film festival put on by SkeenaWild Film Fest 2023. A great little video of local companies working together, investing in community, and getting stuff done. It was a pleasure to be part of this project. Check it out.
