As we observe Davis Day, we take a moment to reflect on the miners who lost their lives in the mines of Cape Breton and across our region, and to pay our respects to the families who showed remarkable strength in the face of devastating loss.

On Tuesday and Wednesday of this week, we had the pleasure of hosting over 70 of our Brothers and Sisters from Bond and Coolen from the North Side Health Complex and Cape Breton Regional Hospital Expansion projects for the IBEW Code Of Excellence course.

It is with extreme sadness that we are announcing that our Brother, Johnny Forget has passed away over the weekend. Our condolences go out to his family and friends for this tragic and unexpected loss.
