🚜 Rural Homeowners — this is one to take seriously (and early).

High-efficiency furnaces produce acidic condensate water while they run.
On all rural drainage setups (septic systems, holding tanks, and concrete sump/drainage tanks), that acidic water can cause long-term damage — breaking down concrete, wearing out fittings, and leading to expensive repairs if it’s ignored.

⚠️ The tricky part is you usually don’t see it happening until the system is already damaged.

✅ A condensate neutralizer raises the pH before it enters your drain system and helps protect your setup.

🏙️ Even in the city, it’s still a smart upgrade — acidic condensate can be rough on certain drainage piping over time too.

🔥 It’s so warm in Stony Plain & Spruce Grove today we’re getting “A/C not working” thoughts… in January ❄️
Before you touch the thermostat:
• Your condenser is hibernating
• Your furnace thinks it’s shoulder season
• Your A/C has a low-ambient lockout (and self-respect)

This is just Alberta weather messing with us.
Winter will be back before your coffee gets cold ☕️
