Sentimental gifts will always be my favourite. ❤️

There’s just something so special about taking an old handwritten family recipe and turning it into something that can be treasured for years to come.

These boards have all been freshly oiled, so I’m just letting the oil soak in a little before giving them a final wipe and packing them up!

I’ve made so many of these over the years, and they’re still one of my favourite things to create. 🥹❤️

This sign has suddenly been getting a whole lot more attention on Etsy lately… more views, more favourites, more people finding it. 👀🇨🇦

And considering everything going on, I don’t think the timing is a coincidence.

There definitely seems to be a renewed sense of Canadian pride lately — and along with it, a bigger push to buy Canadian and support the small businesses right here at home.

As a Canadian small business owner, that part really means something. Shopping Canadian feels more important than ever right now. Every order placed with a Canadian maker or small business keeps those dollars here, supports local families, and helps businesses like mine keep doing what we do. ❤️

So while I’m not going to wade too far into the rest of it 😅… I will happily get behind Canadians supporting Canadians.

I am SO proud to have had a tiny part in this gorgeous “last day of daycare” cake! 🥹❤️

The little piece of loose leaf was laser cut from white acrylic, then the details were UV printed — and I’m kind of obsessed with how it turned out. Having these two machines working together has opened up SO many possibilities for custom cake toppers, and I can’t wait to make more!

But the cake itself is the real work of art. Adrienne Lewis absolutely knocked it out of the park, as always. 😍🎂

There’s something about a simple “Welcome” that just feels like home 🤍

This new sign is one of my favourites—warm wood tones, soft greenery, and that little burlap bow detail that pulls it all together. It’s the kind of piece that works year-round and still feels special every time someone walks up to your door.

Handmade, layered, and finished with care—because the first thing people see when they visit should feel like you.

This one is heading to a fundraiser, but I have another drying right now because I needed one too! ♥️

Some years we skip the sugar overload and fill Easter eggs with experiences instead of candy.

Little wooden tokens for things like movie nights, ice cream runs, choosing dinner, or staying up late.

The kids still get the excitement of the hunt…
but the prize is time together.

This one is a little late for Christmas… and that part is on me. I couldn’t squeeze it in before the holidays.

But here’s the thing I love about this order: she was still thinking about this sign in February.

That tells me it wasn’t just a quick decoration idea — it was something she really wanted in her home. And those are always my favourite pieces to make.

So her “All is Calm, All is Bright” sign is finished and ready, a full nine months early for next Christmas. 🎄
