This studio suite renovation in Devon turned out really nice. It wasn't much more than a surface remodel, but sometimes that's all a place needs!

The walls were repaired as needed and painted, cabinets were painted and received new hardware, new countertops installed, washroom remodeled and the ceiling updated with a knockdown finish to replace the old style popcorn finish.

This project required major structural repairs to an existing addition installed by a previous homeowner many years ago. The previous addition was built on an inadequate foundation, which settled creating many issues including a large bow in the front wall. This needed to be repaired quickly.
The homeowners took care of the grade work and retaining wall, and Reprise took care of the rest. We met with an engineer, drew up plans, sorted permits and got to work.
The house was shored up, front wall removed, screw piles were installed under the existing low ceiling height, a grade beam was installed, 2x6 walls built over top with existing beams reinforced with LVL. The exterior was buttoned up, drainage added by the homeowners and the situation was corrected.
Thanks to the homeowners Michelle and Chris for their hard work and great communication, as well as Con-Tile Industries , Edmonton Screw Pile Pros and Ihab at Structura Vision Engineering. These trade partners were a major help in getting this project sorted.

Here's a completed full house renovation in west Edmonton. This was an original owner house that was well cared for, but deserved much needed upgrades. What a difference! The house received many upgrades, including all new mechanical and electrical, flooring, washrooms, full kitchen replacement, windows and doors, exterior finishes, deck and a lot more!! New pedestal tile install over a torch on roofing install. The original tile install failed, causing major long term water leaking into the garage ceiling below. The garage ceiling area needed drywall and insulation replacement, all trusses and wood structure having mold spray treatment with scraping as needed. The balcony had a drain added and floating pedestal tile installed over top, hiding the drains but allowing future access if needed for cleaning. This project really turned out well, and looks fantastic with the new pedestal tile! Thanks to and for the install and products!

Basement window additions are sometimes needed for proper egress when adding or renovating a basement bedroom. This bedroom renovation in Beaumont Alberta started as a TV room, but the owners wanted a bedroom so a closet and window were needed. Also, you don't need to have the old style galvanized window wells, a treated window well looks great and isn't a costly upgrade. Here's a small but needed upgrade. These owners wanted a nice roof over their hot tub with a privacy screen added. They had a good idea of what they wanted, but didn't quite know if it would work. Reprise took their idea, designed it in Sketchup and passed it along for review. A roof extension change to the final design they know exactly what they'd get. Easy way to see the project completed and make changes, without pulling nails!
