Here we have two chimneys with improper caps which led to inevitable failure and water damage causing spalling brick. The proper solution in this case is to remove the spalling brick down to where the damage stops and relay current matching brick to original height. We chose to form and pour concrete caps to ensure a solid surface for water to drain from and to insure a long lasting life.

This garage was originally built on grade which caused some inevitable moisture and flooding issues from time to time especially being directly waterfront. The boys at Raised and shored this garage for a 2 foot fountain to be built eliminating any concerns for future water issues. Ready to be dropped with some new siding.
