This crazy event happened late Monday night:

"You know when you have a great electrician when they leave you feel relieved.

We had a super scary event on our home that felt like disco lights were going off overhead and fireworks were coming out of the walls.

Thankfully we were home and shut off the main breakers to the house.

So we were standing in the dark of our home trying to get our bearings to what happened.

Colin grabbed his phone and called Brad. After our explanation of our tumultuous experience and humming in the wall even after shutting off the power. Brad made us a priority on late Monday night and checked on our panel.

He gave us guidance, called BC Hydro on our behalf while he navigated their "customer service" circle and knew what to say to get through to a human.

A few hours later our house was up and running again. He had given us excellent advice while we trepidatiously checked what was damaged in our home.

In such a stressful event (and one of the scariest I've ever experienced in my life) I feel extremely grateful there are professional men out there who take their career seriously.

His guidance through a deleterious disco & wall fireworks situation relieved our worry.

I HIGHLY recommend Brad and Prime Electric."
