This chunky wood mulch comes from the overs after we screen our ground up yard waste. A coarse mix of different types of wood, this product is perfect for spreading over wet or bare sections of land- a 3” layer will protect the soil beneath from erosion, and the mulch will add nutrients to the soil as it breaks down. For a $10 loading fee, we’ll fill your truck or trailer with as much as you can carry! *This product may contain some plastic debris and rocks*

Sooke Soil’s Bagged Premium Potting Soil Mix is back in stock! Our Potting Soil is packed with nutrients; organic fish compost made on Vancouver island, worm castings from our own vermicomposting system, and locally sourced mineralized phosphate and powdered seaweed. Coco coir is used to help the mix retain water, and perlite helps it to drain. This mix is great for flowers, vegetables, and fruits in hanging baskets, pots and planter boxes. Available in 10 gallon (37L) reusable bags for $18 +GST.

Mixed and bagged on site using locally sourced organic fish compost, Sooke Soils own worm castings, activated biochar, Coco Coir, Perlite, and Powdered Seaweed and Mineralized Phosphate.
