Before ➡️ After

This 20-year-old pool heater had reached the end of its service life and was no longer safe to operate.

We replaced it with a brand-new Raypak natural gas pool heater and completed the necessary upgrades to accommodate the larger BTU input, including new combustion air openings sized to the manufacturer’s requirements.

Now the homeowners are ready for another season of reliable pool heating. 🔥🏊

Another one in the books. 🔥🥩

This BBQ trailer came up from the U.S. and needed a few upgrades to bring the propane system up to Canadian standards. After installing an interlock system and making a few other changes, it’s certified and ready to roll.

Glad to help get this one over the finish line.

Now it’s time to fire up the BBQ! 🍖🔥

Saturday arvo shutdown! 🚰

This commercial building has multiple tenants, which means the main water shut-off isn’t always accessible when it’s needed most.

To give the owner peace of mind, we installed a Moen Flo smart shut-off valve, allowing the water system to be monitored and shut off remotely from anywhere.

While we had the water off, we also took the opportunity to replace the old 1-1/2” gate valve with a new full-port ball valve for improved reliability and easier operation.

A smart upgrade that helps protect the building from water damage and makes emergency shut-offs simple. 🔧👌
