Great day with all the crew on site and got the roof sheathed! A few small items and we are ready for inspection. Now to get the crew ready as they head out of town for a big exterior job…

Solid week for the crews, Trusses on and braced, ladders in place and posts and beam ready for the deck roof. Sheathing starts Monday! The other crew is almost through the siding job and re decking is he rear deck!

Time for one last camping trip of the season! Enjoy the weekend!

Solid week…. One crew, All exteriors up… all interiors up.. along with doing a second job installing a sliding door and window…. the second crew slamming lp smartside on a house and nearing the end…. Whew!

In Between I’m answering phone calls and emails about more work to view and price….. life as owner is fun! Now it’s time to relax and try and work on my own house…. Happy weekend everyone!

Exteriors are up! Finished off plywood today and building interiors tomorrow, telehandler is booked for Wednesday and trusses will fly!

Step one complete! Trailer has been branded.. big thanks to Randy’s imagine design for the great job on the decals! Now to built it out for the tools…. This trailer is replacing the original trailer we’ve used since we started 7 yrs ago… it’s time to be retired. This Southland Trailers is a huge upgrade!
( as I was making the reel Greyson informed me this song is from the new super Mario movie ha. Fun fact)
